As the summer sun sets over Cardiff Bay, join us by the water for our first-ever Seafood Night. We’re putting together an incredible evening centered around fresh seafood, exceptional local Welsh produce, and classic coastal cooking, all with panoramic views of the Bay.
To bring this menu to life, we’ve teamed up with two fantastic local experts:
The Seafood: Sourced fresh directly from Ashtons, Wales’ largest and most respected independent fishmonger.
The Drinks: Your booking includes a complimentary glass of fine wine, with pairings expertly chosen by Fine Wines Direct UK.
Hot Crab & Cradoc Crackers
White crab meat blended with traditional laverbread, Dragon cheddar, and cream cheese, topped with a touch of Halen Môn oak-smoked sea salt. Served with crisp, hand-cut Cradoc leek and Caerphilly crackers.
Our Fruits de Mer Sharing Platter
An abundant seafood feast built for sharing,sweet, briny, crisp, and buttery. This spectacular platter features pan-fried lobster tail and tender monkfish cheeks, alongside queen scallops in the half-shell cooked in garlic Shirear butter. Enjoy Swansea Bay mussels and Penclawdd cockles tossed with leeks and laverbread, large shell-on prawns marinated in garlic, chilli, and lime, and crisp Wrexham beer-battered calamari.
All beautifully served with rosemary roasted new potatoes, Dylan’s pickled samphire, and a house laverbread tartare sauce.
A delightfully light and refreshing lemon posset, served with fresh raspberries for the perfect sweet finale.

Sittings: Table bookings are available for arrival at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, or 8:00 PM.
Experience Duration: Every booking enjoys a 3-hour time slot so you can relax and truly savor your evening.
Deposits: A deposit of £20 per head is required to secure your table, with the remaining balance paid on the night.
